A little bakery with deep Guelph roots
Northwood Bakery started in 2014 in a tiny Wellington Street kitchen with one wood-fired oven and a stubborn belief that good bread is worth the wait. A decade later we still mill our own schedule around the dough, not the clock.
We source Ontario wheat, partner with local honey farms, and donate day-old loaves to the Guelph Food Bank every Sunday. Come for the croissant, stay for the community.
